If you don’t already know the cocktail theme of the week, I’m not sure if you are worthy enough to indulge yourself in this delectably gory cocktail. After five days of learning about the great white’s powerful jaw strength, myths about how to defend yourself from sharks, ways to avoid looking like bait, and whether or not rogue sharks with an appetite for human flesh really exist, I’ve concocted the perfectly chummy cocktail to imbibe while feeding my shark fascination.  Turn the channel to shark mania, and get ready for a cocktail with a powerful bite- the “SharQ Attack!”
 
 
For this simple cocktail you will need to first cut the tops off of 2 lbs of ripe strawberries and cut them in half. Place a funnel into an empty 1L bottle of Clique Vodka (if you don’t have one, get on over to your nearest Pennsylvania Wine & Spirits store quick, Clique Vodka is on sale for $12.99 until August 26th!!!), and force the strawberry halves through the funnel to squish them into a juicy pulp as they fall in. Try to mash them as much as you can, the smaller and stringier they are, the gorier your “SharQ Attack!” cocktail will be. After you get all the strawberries in the bottle, fill it all the way to the top with Clique Vodka, and shake well. You can let your strawberry infusion sit for 2-3 days, shaking once per day, until the strawberries have given all their color to the vodka. For the actual cocktail, just pour 1 ½ oz of your strawberry infused Clique Vodka into a tall glass filled with ice and top with lemon lime soda.
